Israel Petitions was started by a two activists to respond to the disproportionate amount of anti-Israel activities at the United Nations and around the world.

The goal of Israel Petitions is to show world leaders that there are millions of people around the world who do not subscribe to the philosophy of the mob of Israel-bashers. Legitimate criticism of Israel is valid but crosses a line when Israel is vilified. To add insult to injury, regimes that are true offenders of human rights sit on Human Rights Committees and continue their oppression of their citizens and escape criticism.
