Assisting Israel does not necessarily require a lot of time or energy. A good starting point might be reading Alan Dershowitz's book The Case for Israel . It is a good primer on speaking up about Israel. Another well received book by Natan Sharansky is The Case for Democracy: The Power of Freedom to Overcome Tyranny and Terror .
